- Minimum 5-7 years of business analysis experience with large projects (ideally with tech experience).
- Proven ability to use and explain UML and use cases.
- Provides analysis and recommends solutions to business problems related to supported services and applications
- Performs implementation of process improvement opportunities
- Follows standard Ceridian practices and policies in analyzing situations or data
- Participates in all phases of project development life cycle
- Works with team to perform business functional design
- Researches alternatives, participates in walk-through
- Could perform problem resolution and tracking
- Creates and/or maintains user, technical and process documentation.
- Provides application support and/or troubleshooting around established application systems. Participate in planning and execution of test cycles
- Participates in systems, integration and acceptance testing
- Works on assignments of moderate complexity where analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors
- Assist or participate with internal development and documentation
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
