Our Quality Improvement Program is based on the business needs, technology changes, customer feedback and CSAT forms. Various implementations of initiatives such as Defect Prevention Program, Metrics capturing for KPAs, automation of processes and introduction of new tools has enabled us to transition to new technologies and enable continuous process improvement.

Logic Soft is also in a process of getting accessed for various international standards like ISO, SEI’s Capability Maturity Model (CMM) ,SEI’s People CMM (PCMM) ,SEI’s Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) and BS-7799
