Satish Barapatre
President
Satish has a degree in engineering from Delhi University and more than 15 years experience in the business of IT Consulting. He is in charge of overall direction of the company which includes developing strategies for marketing, maintaining financial control and initiating banking and credit relationships with banks and lenders. He is responsible for building offshore and onshore development facilities and capabilities. Prior to joining Logic Soft, Satish was working as President of Megasys Software Services Inc.
He has worked in middle level management and technical roles in the IT Industry. With experience in working in various profiles such as Project Lead, Team Lead, Systems Analyst, and Programmer Analyst he has worked in Fortune 500 companies such as BM, MCI WORLD COM and AEP. Satish has gained extensive business knowledge in Telcom, Utility and Finance industries as well.
Satish specializes in global IT consulting, end-to-end solution development and project management & his people management skills, large business and personal networks spread across countries and entrepreneurial drive is a source of inspiration.
Michael S. Greely
Director of Sales
Mike has over 40 years of experience in Information Technology field 30 of which has been involved with Consulting Services. Mike’s career has included recruiting management, service delivery management, and operations management. He was the former Director of Business Development for Advanced Programming Resources, Inc., former Professional Services Manager and Project Manager, also for APR. Prior to joining Logic Soft Mike was Director of Consulting Services for Continuity Solutions, Inc. Other consulting industry experience includes service delivery management and Account management of multiple accounts.
Industry experience includes; government, banking, insurance, and financial services.
Before entering the consulting field Mike had previous IT programming and project management experience in various industries.
Mr. Greely attended Bowling Green State University.
Jeff Friess
HR Manager
Jeff has over 10 years of experience working as a Human Resource Generalist and Recruiter for both profit and non-profit companies. He picked HR and Recruiting to use his talent as a communicator and his love for working with people. While he enjoys HR work his passion is to discover and recruit IT consultants for permanent and contract positions. One exciting recruiting experience was going to India for two weeks to interview potential employees. That trip had stops in New Delhi, Bangalore, and Mumbai. His many years working in IT gave Jeff a taste for spicy Indian food. There is not a dish you can make that’s too HOT for him! Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and has known the companies owners since the Megasys days in the late 1990’s. His wife Natalie, daughter Bella, and son Joseph keep him busy at home. He also serves as an Elder and Business Manager for Grandview Christian Assembly www.grandca.info a church he helped found.
